The Design Concept of Flow Balance
  In the water system of fan spiral pipe in central air-conditioner or heating-radiator, we control the hot comfortability of the room with temperature controller and ordinary electric two-way valve, namely, we control the switch of electric two-way valve according to the temperature of the room. In the practical use, even if we adopt static balance valve, the hydraulic pipe-net system of a lot of end equipment will still lack of balance, and the operating energy-consuming will be much higher than expected. Meanwhile, the following phenomena universally exist:

1.At the beginning of the start of the equipment, the nearest return circuit tends to have excessive flow and damage the flow of the most disadvantageous return circuit.
2.Practical measuring result indicates that (in accordance with the right picture), the excessive flow will not proportionally increase the energy-output of the hot exchange.
3.Excessive flow will bring about relatively long starting time of the most disadvantageous return circuit, and it will raise the energy-consuming obviously.
4.Each user adjusts the temperature setting of the temperature-controller according to one's own comfortability, and the switch-control of the electric valve can destroy the static balance of the pipe-net at any time.
5.Too high or too low temperature setting will also destroy the static balance of the original hydraulic system and waste energy.
